Leading Ladies Empowerment Circle of Excellence project is an initiative that connects women from low-income communities, including shelters, and affordable housing communities, with professional women of color through quarterly educational learning circles and mentorship training that will address emotional wellness empowerment, health, employment readiness, finance, civic engagement, and safety.
